ONLINE ORDERS
Orders are shipped or ready to be picked up each Wednesday.
If you happen to order on a Wednesday, the order will be ready the following Wednesday!
Pick up is at Singa Pura King of Hawkers in Abbotsford, at any time during their opening hours. Please show your order confirmation when picking up.
For those who prefer not to wait, feel free to purchase in store at any of our stockists.
Shipping
We offer a flat rate of AUD$9.95 for standard shipping, and AUD$12.95 for express shipping. We currently only ship within Australia.
Orders above $80 qualify for free shipping.
We ship our products out every Wednesday.
Standard shipping times:
Within VIC: 2-4 business days
Other states: 3-6 business days
Express shipping times:
Within VIC: 1-2 business days
Other states: 1-3 business days

Pick up
You can pick up your orders at Singa Pura King of Hawkers in Abbotsford during their opening hours.
There is no delivery fee for this service.
Please show your order confirmation when collecting your order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate and fix the issue.
We can't accept returns as our sambal is classified as a perishable good.
We may accept exchanges depending on the case itself, due to the same reason above.
You are eligible for a refund if you find that the sambal has arrived defective or damaged.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.

How to store
Keep refrigerated after opening.
Once opened, consume within ten days.
